Title: Arete for Peace: Mantra from War Museums of Berlin and Tokyo

Abstract: There are contrasting differences between Tokyo museums and Berlin Museums in memory of World War II. This presentation will be a video excerpt of interviews conducted since 2015. The role of museums interested are Topographic of Terror and largest European Jewish museum in Berlin. Tokyo museums are Showa memorial museum and Yushukan. This presentation will clearly demonstrate how important role museums can play for reconciliation and education for future generations.
